NorthBridge will provide affordable housing. This is housing which is available to those who either cannot rent or purchase housing on the open market or those who are key workers in the community. The amount and type of affordable housing will be determined during the outline application process. The affordable housing will be distributed throughout NorthBridge to allow a mixed and balanced community.
