The Local Centre will be the ‘heart’ of the development, neighbouring the primary school site. It will include amenities such as local shops and a community centre to cater for the day to day needs of the community. There will also be a site for a pub or restaurant elsewhere within the development.
Located on the eastern edge of the site, the Local Centre will be close to the main access entrance to NorthBridge and will be easily accessed via the main road network.
