The site is located on the northern side of Huntingdon, west of Ermine Street, close to the Stukeley Meadows residential area and opposite Ermine Street Business Park.
The A14 runs to the west of the site and the A141 to the south.
The land extends to approximately 50 hectares and is currently arable farmland.
