Persimmon Homes, as the applicant, will have a responsibility to address the needs arising from the development of NorthBridge. These needs will be assessed throughout the application process and a formal agreement will be entered into with the District Planning Authority, to provide for identified needs at the appropriate time.
However, it is not Persimmon’s responsibility to remedy any existing problems or deficiencies within the existing area, although it may well be that some of the benefits provided as part of this development will be of benefit to neighbouring residents.
